Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe and evidence-based nursing care to patients undergoing surgery
- Supervise and direct nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
- 3 years' experience in perioperative nursing with a focus on orthopaedics, neurosurgery, urology, or ENT surgery
- Current registration with AHPRA and compliance with ACQSHC National standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
