About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Institutional product portfolio in the LATAM region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence in the LATAM region.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our assessment solutions.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle, including contract negotiations, implementation, and fulfillment, ensuring successful delivery of our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably within the education sector, assessment industry, or large-scale consulting solutions.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.
