Expert Tax Professional Wanted

This role presents a unique opportunity to work as a tax expert, providing strategic advice and solutions to clients. You will be responsible for delivering high-level tax advisory services, managing complex tax matters, and guiding a team of professionals.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of tax strategies that optimize client outcomes while ensuring full regulatory compliance. Your expertise in taxation law and your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly will make you an invaluable asset to our firm.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of income tax, FBT, CGT, Division 7A, and tax effect accounting. They will also possess excellent research, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical tax matters into clear advice.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will have experience in managing complex tax issues for corporate and private clients. Proficiency in tax and accounting software (APS, Xero, MYOB) is highly desirable.

  • Deliver tailored tax strategies, including restructures, consolidations, international tax, and succession planning.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support accountants at all levels, fostering technical growth and career progression.
  • Review and enhance workflows, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in service delivery.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence, and knowledge sharing.
