Senior Consultant - Tax Advisory Services Specialist
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Senior Consultant to join our tax advisory services team in Brisbane, Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering value-add services to clients through the provision of technical tax advisory services and global mobility policy design.
- Helping clients understand and manage their regulatory tax compliance obligations for their internationally mobile workforce.
- Assisting in the management of a portfolio of multinational clients including interaction with international teams for the delivery of services.
- Leveraging data delivery tools and technology to provide value and deliver tax advice in an accurate and timely manner.
- Innovate and support continuous improvement initiatives in compliance and processing-based activities.
- Ensure tax advisor deliverables are technically accurate and prepared to a high standard on a timely basis.
- Work with other groups to ensure the smooth execution of all compliance activities.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative and influencing skills and the ability to motivate and develop high performing teams is essential.
- Qualifications from a University in accounting, HR or law.
- Experience in the provision of tax advisory services for employers and employees is highly desirable.
- Exposure to tax matters impacting expatriates will be highly regarded.
- An honest and ethical approach to business which will provide a natural fit with our values.
