We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Quality Assurance Strategist to drive quality assurance and continuous improvement across our commercial operations in New South Wales.

This role offers the opportunity to drive compliance and embed a culture of quality excellence, leading transformational initiatives that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

You will be part of a high-performing national quality team, based in Mt Druitt, with leadership across multiple commercial sites. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading integration of the Commercial Quality Framework
  • Driving continuous improvement and compliance across multiple commercial service areas
  • Supporting internal and external audits and implementing corrective actions
  • Developing and maintaining quality documentation and food safety systems
  • BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS AND RESOLVING ESCALATIONS
  • SUPPORTING SITE LEADERS ON QUALITY ASSURANCE AND RISK MANAGEMENT
  • COLLABORATING WITH SALES AND SERVICE DELIVERY TEAMS TO ALIGN QUALITY WITH CUSTOMER NEEDS
  • REPORTING ON PERFORMANCE, TRENDS, AND IMPROVEMENT STRATEGIES

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Quality Assurance roles with demonstrated achievement in delivering effective quality outcomes, ideally within food production and/or manufacturing-based industries while supporting site operational teams
  • Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, Halal, Kosher, Organics, and other relevant standards
  • Tertiary qualification and/or industry certification in a relevant discipline, including Quality Assurance
  • 2+ years' industry experience in quality assurance, ideally in manufacturing or production
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and quality management systems
