Salary Information:
The annual salary for this position is between $96,503 - $108,869, depending on your skills and experience. You will also receive 15.4% superannuation.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with stakeholders to analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Developing detailed requirements and specifications for proposed changes to structures, processes, systems, data, and metrics.
- Collaborating with project managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders and project teams to ensure that everyone is aligned with project goals and objectives.
- Managing competing priorities and adapting approach to suit different audiences.
- Providing business analysis support to project managers.
- Ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and on time.
Position Eligibility Requirements (Selection Criteria):
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- You must be an Australian citizen and be able to obtain a baseline security clearance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve common goals.
- High level of organizational skill, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience working with lean methodology and business process improvement.
- Sound understanding of technology and business systems, both strategic and operational.
- BABOK certification is desirable.
