Key Responsibilities:

The Return to Work Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful rehabilitation of injured team members.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage workers' compensation claims, provide specialist advice, and lead claim reviews to devise efficient claim strategies. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation, monitoring, and continuous review of the Workers Compensation strategy to ensure it aligns with our commitment to team member care and recovery.

Main Responsibilities Include:
