Job Description

The Access Control team is responsible for designing and implementing access control systems across multiple platforms. This involves defining the framework for access requests, presentation, and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain role frameworks for adoption and enforcement across applicable identity platforms.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities to simplify the role estate, reducing stale or redundant access/roles.
  • Collaborate with business units and technology teams to reduce manual submission efforts.
  • Evaluate proposed policies related to segregation of duties and toxic access combinations.
  • Develop predictive analytics models to identify outlier access, overlapping access, and other access-related risks.

  • Strong understanding of access control systems and identity management.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and create actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
