Operational Support Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily operational support to colleagues, encompassing procurement, finance, travel arrangements, events coordination, meetings, and grant administration tasks.
  • Maintain a document management system (DMS) to facilitate seamless collaboration across the organization.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety standards, resolving building maintenance issues, and managing space allocation.
  • Develop and implement seating plans, liaise with contractors, and oversee mail distribution processes.
  • Coordinate emergency response strategies and conduct fire drills as required.
  • Support strategic projects as needed by the CEO or COO.
