Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Dealer Relationship Manager to join our team in Adelaide or Perth. This role will be responsible for developing strong relationships with dealership representatives, increasing brand awareness, and expanding our market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealership representatives, Procurement and Disposal teams, and Client Relationship Managers.
- Promote Smartgroup's brand and offerings through effective stakeholder relationships, dealership visits, and active promotion.
- Convert opportunities into settled deals by providing excellent customer service and interactions.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities with dealerships to grow our business.
- Evaluate and engage with dealers to identify those best aligned for reciprocal business, including potential Disposal Partners.
- Ensure confidentiality, privacy, and integrity of information in compliance with privacy requirements and legislative obligations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a relationship-building role within the motor vehicle industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results.
- Strong ability to negotiate and network with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in growing business opportunities and transactional sales through partnerships.
- Familiarity with insurance products, the motor vehicle industry, and/or finance.
