Senior Project Manager: Construction Industry Expert

Job Summary:
">This senior project manager opportunity exists with a leading privately owned commercial construction company active across all sectors of the Commercial Industry. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be required to manage and prepare scopes of work and award sub-contract package, assess sub-contractor variations and progress payments, prepare monthly cost reports for the directors of the company, mentor and upskill Contract Administrator with sub-contractor administration, manage all relevant stakeholders, and ensure that projects are profitable.

">The Role:
">You will be responsible for managing and preparing scopes of work and awarding sub-contract packages, assessing sub-contractor variations and progress payments, and preparing monthly cost reports for the directors of the company. You will also be required to mentor and upskill Contract Administrators with sub-contractor administration, manage all relevant stakeholders, and ensure that projects are profitable.
">Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have a relevant tertiary degree, demonstrated experience working on commercial projects from $15M+, demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager with a Main Contractor, a strong network of sub contractors and clients to assist in growing the business, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a go-get attitude with a hardworking mentality.

">We offer a competitive salary of $170K - $220K, depending on experience, and unlimited Australian working rights. This role has the ability to develop into a Construction Manager after demonstrating your ability on Construction projects.
