Immersive Digital Experiences

A visionary Digital Experience Designer is needed to craft engaging and user-centric experiences that bring our iconic brands to life.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end web and e-commerce interfaces with strong UX foundations, utilizing design systems and Figma expertise.

You will lead visual design for web, e-commerce, eDM, social and interactive assets from concept to high-fidelity prototype, ensuring accessibility and inclusive design principles are embedded into all outputs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of immersive digital experiences for web, e-commerce, and other channels
  • Maintain and evolve our design system in Figma, ensuring consistency and best practices
  • Conduct user research and testing, applying insights to drive pragmatic design solutions
  • Create wireframes, flows, and prototypes to communicate interaction and information architecture
  • Collaborate with product, development, and brand teams to iterate designs based on analytics and stakeholder feedback

About You:

  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (design systems, components, prototyping) and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Skilled in high-fidelity prototyping, motion, and micro-interactions, with a solid grasp of user research and information architecture
  • Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines and inclusive design practices
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with strong communication and collaboration skills
