Job Summary

This role involves providing support in the operating room to ensure efficient patient care and movement.

  • Preparation of theatre equipment is a key responsibility, as is transporting patients, specimens, and equipment.
  • The successful candidate will be involved in assisting with patient transfer, positioning, prepping, and restraining, as well as cleaning floors and equipment/furniture.
  • Removal of soiled linen and waste, restocking supplies, and maintaining safe and hygienic conditions are also essential aspects of this role.

A strong communicator with attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment is required for success in this position.

  • Preparation and maintenance of operating theatre equipment
