About the Role

We're seeking a Document Controller to establish, review and maintain robust document control systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date project records, correspondence and documentation are easy to access.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project registers and information systems for contractor submissions, drawings, design variations, and quality inspections.
  • Manage the control, distribution, and tracking of all project documents and correspondence.
  • Oversee the review process for contractor documents/drawings, ensuring timely feedback from reviewers.
  • Prepare regular project reports and complete administrative tasks as directed by senior management.

You'll work within a supportive team environment, leading a core group of four and collaborating with the wider document control function across multiple areas.
