Job Title: Credit Manager

We are seeking an experienced Credit Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

The role will involve performing credit risk assessments for various transaction types, including M&A, Project Finance, Leveraged and Trade Finance. You will be responsible for covering diversified sectors such as Infrastructure, Energy, Mining, Real Estate & Natural Resources.

  • Perform credit risk assessment of various transaction types including M&A, Project Finance, Leveraged and Trade Finance
  • Cover diversified sectors including Infrastructure, Energy, Mining, Real Estate & Natural Resources

You will prepare and present credit due diligence reports, rating recommendations, risk alert assessments, and on-going monitoring of credit performance. Additionally, you will liaise with business functions to facilitate credit application and approval process.

Key Responsibilities:

You will provide guidance to ensure appropriate action is taken to mitigate potential risks associated with customers, industry sectors, and transaction structures. Other credit and risk management tasks may be assigned as needed.

Skill Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in analysing structured transactions
  • Independent decision-making skills and ability to identify risks with reasonable solutions
  • Ability to write comprehensive due diligence reports
  • Tertiary Degree in Commerce / Business / Finance
  • Good knowledge of Corporate Finance & Institutional Banking products
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for financial modelling, data manipulation, and analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills
