Content Development Specialist

A leading national organisation is seeking a skilled and creative Training Content Creator to elevate workforce capability through engaging, modern learning content.
About The RoleIn this hands-on role, you'll collaborate closely with internal subject matter experts to design, update, and deliver cutting-edge training materials that drive results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop new learning materials from scratch - built for practical use across field and technical roles.
- Revise and enhance existing training programs, aligning with current templates, industry standards, and best practices.
- Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate technical knowledge into clear, engaging learner-friendly formats.
- Proven experience in instructional design, training development, or L&D content creation.
- A creative and practical mindset - with the ability to turn complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences.
- A solid understanding of technical and safety requirements in various sectors will be highly regarded - previous experience in heavy transport, aviation, or rail industries.
- RTO experience - desirable / Cert IV Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
