About the Role



We are seeking a highly skilled Project/Delivery Manager to join our team in Canberra. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our government clients to deliver projects that meet their needs.



Your Key Responsibilities


  • Manage discovery and co-design activities to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Develop and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional and technical requirements
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and provide recommendations
  • Analyse systems and business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and make data-driven decisions
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and act as the team's representative in meetings
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, presentations, product backlog management, and user acceptance testing


Requirements




  • 5+ years of experience working as a Project/Delivery Manager in an Agile framework
  • Experience managing discovery and co-design activities, process modelling, journey mapping, user stories, and requirement management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyse data to inform decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Australian citizenship and current ASGVA Baseline clearance or ability to obtain one
