Project Scheduler Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our team in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project scheduling, with experience managing integrated schedules for large-scale projects and programs.

About the Role

  • Develop and manage integrated schedules that map and track all accountable activity across all streams of work.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to inform design, development, and implementation of project schedules.
  • Provide administrative and technical support for project scheduling activities.
  • Work under the direction of senior staff to ensure target milestones are realistic, achievable, and on track.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project scheduling, with a focus on government projects.
  • Demonstrated experience operating independently, working under broad direction from senior staff.
  • Knowledge or experience with Services Australia portfolio, program, and project management methodologies, frameworks, and practices.
  • Baseline Clearance or ability to obtain one.
