About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic organisation and contribute to delivering exceptional services to Australians.

The successful candidate will cultivate a positive office culture, manage complex diaries and client relationships, plan and coordinate meetings and events, prepare high-quality documents, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a positive work environment that supports the well-being of colleagues and clients
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities, including complex diaries, client support, and billing management
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and travel while anticipating conflicts
  • Prepare documents, including presentations, emails, and reports that convey valuable information
  • Maintain accurate records of client contact information and feedback in Salesforce
  • Assist with administrative functions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
