Job Overview

We are seeking expressions of interest from qualified Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our team on a part-time or casual basis across one or all of our Geelong sites located in Belmont, Armstrong Creek, and Wallington.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs are met. This includes participating in resident care plan assessments, formulating and reviewing recommendations, and administering medications safely.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records, adhering to Aged Care Quality Standards, and complying with NDIS checks and COVID-19 vaccination requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
  • Deliver safe and effective wound care, taking into account the complexities of each case.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including medication administration and care plans.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • A current AHPRA registration (Div 2).
  • An NDIS check (including police check) prior to commencement.
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses).
  • Proof of eligibility to work in Australia.

Estimated Salary Range

$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
