Salary:
We offer a competitive annual salary of $61,900 (10% above award), along with generous salary packaging of up to $15,900 each FBT year. This means you can enjoy significant tax benefits and financial rewards for your hard work.
Job Description:
As a Casual Children's Services Educator at bestchance Child Family Care, you will be part of a close-knit and dedicated team passionate about delivering excellence in early childhood education.
Your primary role will be to work alongside our experienced educators to create a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5 years.
You will develop warm, respectful, and positive relationships with staff, children, and families, while maintaining a genuine passion for creating a stimulating and engaging atmosphere that promotes learning and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A completed Diploma or Certificate III in Education and Care qualification
- A valid Employee Working with Children Check
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate (Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting)
- Successful completion of 'Protecting Children - Mandatory reporting and other obligations for the Early Childhood Sector' training
- A well-developed understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and National Regulations
