Automotive Parts Interpreter

This is a key role within our organisation, responsible for handling customer requests, taking sales and quotation enquiries as required, building and maintaining customer loyalty and support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Handle customer requests, take sales and quotation enquiries as required
  • • Build and maintain customer loyalty and support, including the maintenance of existing clients and canvassing prospective new business
  • • Ensure daily orders are placed on time
  • • Monitor inward and outward freight arrangements
  • • Control and reconcile cash sales daily
  • • Assist in managing the department inventory and risk mitigation reports
  • • Regular reporting of sales performance against set targets with variance and revised projections in conjunction with the Operations Manager
  • • Monitor sales revenue, margin, and expense performance, initiating corrective action where required
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Possess strong technical/mechanical knowledge and ability
  • Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
