A leading healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join their team.
About the Role- Work collaboratively with senior nursing staff, participant managers, and support workers to provide holistic care.
- Develop and implement clinical plans, including catheter/urostomy, colostomy, wound, and bowel management needs.
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments of client health needs, ensuring they align with operational capabilities.
- Contribute to the training and assessment of support worker skill competencies related to clinical plans.
- Collaborate with RN, participant managers, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide informed clinical assessments and interventions to maintain high standards of client care.
- Support the development and training of support staff in clinical areas.
- Manage and oversee catheter/urostomy, colostomy, wound, and bowel care.
- Evaluate and implement strategies to maintain high standards of client care and clinical practices.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Current NDIS Clearance and Working with Children Check.
- Experience preferable in disability and/or aged care settings.
- Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
