Job Opportunity
  • Provide comprehensive clinical care, including medication administration according to personalised care plans
  • Develop and evaluate care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team
  • Build trusting relationships with residents and their families while providing emotional support
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with aged care standards and regulations

Deliver high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing holistic care that meets the physical, emotional and social needs of our residents
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Building strong relationships with residents, their families and carers to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment

Requirements

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance ID
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage complex care needs

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a team and independently
