As a Rostering Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating Allied Health sessions for consumers living in their own homes.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Organising and maintaining schedules for up to 12 mobile allied health clinicians within our team.

- Arranging initial assessments with new consumers after receiving referrals, including confirming consumer details and initial service dates.

- Scheduling ongoing appointments based on clinician recommendations and client approvals.

- Maintaining open communication with clinicians to discuss schedule improvements, alterations, and other requirements.

You will also be required to:

- Analyse clinician availability and provide workforce resourcing commentary for National Modality Management and Residential Age Care Teams.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Strong customer service skills.

- Ability to effectively prioritise tasks.

- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines for multiple tasks.

- Positive and collaborative attitude.

- Previous experience in rostering and/or administration is advantageous.

- Knowledge of Allied Health would be beneficial.

The successful candidate will also require:

- NDIS workers screening.

- National Police clearance.

- Right to work evidence.
