This is an exciting opportunity to work as a General Medicine Registrar in a renowned teaching hospital.

The role involves working with a multidisciplinary team, including consultants, other registrars, medical officers, and interns. The shift pattern may vary depending on your rotation, but generally includes days, evenings, and nights over a 7-day week.

The hospital has experience in supporting overseas trained registrars, making compliance with regulatory requirements straightforward. They provide supervision and monitoring to ensure a smooth transition.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • General, Provisional or limited registration with the relevant authority or eligible to obtain
  • International Medical Graduates (IMGs) completing UK Foundation Programme
  • IMGs who have completed at least the AMC MCQ (part 1) or both AMC 1 & 2 (clinical exam)
  • IMGs eligible via the Competent Authority Pathway (training in the UK, USA, NZ, Canada or Ireland)
  • IMGs assessed by RACP College as partially or substantially comparable
  • IMGs interested in foreign training via the Short Term Training specialist pathway (STT)
  • Experience working as a General Medicine Registrar
