Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of property liability claims from lodgement to settlement. Your key responsibilities will include assessing coverage under relevant policies and determining liability, communicating effectively with brokers, insured customers, and third-party claimants, coordinating with internal stakeholders, identifying and supporting vulnerable customers where needed, monitoring claim progress, escalating delays, and contributing to continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing insurance claims, ideally in commercial or liability lines
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written - with a focus on clarity and professionalism
  • The confidence to work independently, while also contributing to a supportive team
