Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of complex offshore projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, with experience working on challenging offshore scopes and delivering impactful solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about engineering and wants to work on high-profile projects that make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Suitably qualified in Structural/Civil Engineering from a recognised institution
  • Proven experience working in a similar Structural Engineering role, supported by at least 5+ years of relevant design engineering experience within the Oil & Gas production and/or processing industries in Australia
  • Experience in Offshore site environment and site surveying/scoping
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients
  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritise
  • Experience in the use of relevant software packages (e.g. SACS, StaadPro)
  • Experience in the use of API, AISC and ISO design codes
  • Customer focused with an ability to develop trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Desirable Qualifications
  • Prior experience with Offshore Brownfield EPCM and/or FPSO projects, ranging from 5-10 years
