Senior Control Systems Engineer Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled control systems engineer to play a leading role in delivering innovative automation solutions across complex and rewarding projects.This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned control systems engineer with safety credentials to take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in control systems engineering within heavy industry or similar high-risk environments. Key responsibilities include:
  • Engaging directly with clients to define project requirements and develop clear scopes of work.
  • Leading the design, development, implementation, and commissioning of advanced control system solutions.
  • Ensuring all project deliverables meet high standards of quality, safety, and timeliness.
In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will promote and contribute to a culture focused on health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ). They will provide expert-level technical support and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  1. Developing and implementing control systems that meet strict safety and regulatory standards.
  2. Maintaining and upgrading existing control systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
