Training Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified Trainer/Assessor to deliver CPR, First Aid and Pool Lifeguard courses on a casual basis. This role requires flexibility with availability.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training to class participants using provided resources.
- Demonstrate excellent work attitude and ability to work independently.
- Manage time effectively and communicate clearly.
- Share knowledge and skills in your area of expertise.
- Develop your Trainer/Assessor matrix to support training requirements.
- Meet compliance requirements by seeking regular professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- TAE40116 Certificate IV Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification.
- Qualified trainer experience delivering required courses.
- Ability to communicate course material clearly and engagingly.
- Familiarity with First Aid and Pool Lifeguard training packages is an advantage.
- Must be flexible with availability.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
