Job Opportunity: Lead Electrical Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Lead Electrical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the engineering department, you will be responsible for leading and managing electrical engineers on various projects.

About the Role
  • You will oversee the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Technical Requirements
  • Proven expertise in electrical engineering design, analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Experience with specialist software such as CYMCAP and proficiency in programming languages like Python or C++.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations, including Australian Standards.
  • Absolutely no inventing new data here; only utilize existing information from the base job description to avoid any confusion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Professional certifications such as PE or EIT are highly valued but not required.
