Senior Retail Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Retail Leader to lead our team in a flagship store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing a high-performing team, and maintaining operational excellence.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a senior retail management role, with a passion for luxury and client service. They will be an exceptional leader, communicator, and team player, with strong business acumen and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the store team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding client service.
  • Cultivate a culture of clientelling, ensuring every client receives a personalized and memorable luxury experience.
  • Drive sales and profitability by implementing effective strategies, analyzing performance, and maximizing business opportunities.
  • Oversee all store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, compliance, and adherence to company procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury goods or jewelry environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a strategic mindset.
