We are a forward-thinking health fund dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to our customers. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be part of our Contact Centre team, responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our members.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Providing expert advice and guidance to members through multiple communication channels
  2. Promoting our Private Health Insurance products and services through targeted communication and sales strategies
  3. Managing member enquiries and contributing to the achievement of team KPIs
  4. Supporting employees and teams within the business to improve customer relations

About You

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will have several years' experience in customer service or sales, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
