We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Ecologist. The role involves problem-solving and devising solutions to complex ecological issues, preparing proposals and reviewing reports, conducting field investigations across various terrestrial ecosystems.

  • Responsibilities include assisting the ecological team in identifying environmental constraints and opportunities, contributing to high-level reporting, and providing ecological advice.
  • The Senior position also entails mentoring staff and working with inter-disciplinary project teams.

This role requires exceptional communication skills to develop contacts and networks for marketing and business development.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity based out of our offices in Armidale, Coffs Harbour or Lennox Head. We offer a dynamic and experienced team environment, where you will have the chance to work on diverse projects and contribute to their success.
