We are seeking a dedicated Community Leader to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused environment. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and workplace health and safety, and managing a passionate team of employees who share your commitment to creating an exceptional living experience for our residents.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the community, including coordinating with service providers, optimizing maintenance programs, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Assist in planning and overseeing engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
  • Maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure an outstanding resident experience.
About You

You may come from a background in operational management, property management, retirement living, aged care, hospitality, retail, sales or a similar customer-facing sector. To thrive in this role, you will bring:
