Join Our Team as a Trainee Educator

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Educator at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Trainee Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and team members
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart Policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children and families
  • Contribute to the education program and centre team
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to a positive and professional work culture
Requirements:
  • Appropriate work rights and Australian citizenship or permanent residency
  • Willingness to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Flexible availability
  • Interest in early years education
  • Working with Children Check and ability to meet immunisation requirements
