As the Assistant Director – Educational Leader at Goodstart Middle Ridge, you will apply your knowledge and leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team, fostering ongoing improvement in all aspects of centre operations. Work closely with our committed leadership team, build respectful relationships with families, and engage actively with local community networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Centre Director in leading the team to deliver exceptional early learning and care.
- Mentor and enhance the skills of the centre team.
- Oversee the overall management of the centre in the absence of the Centre Director.
- Implement and utilize the Goodstart Practice Guide effectively.

Our center features five vibrant rooms, accommodating children from nursery to kindergarten. Each room is led by a team of dedicated educators focused on creating a meaningful, child-centered curriculum that supports every child's learning journey.
Our facility includes two expansive playgrounds, designed to provide a perfect mix of fun and educational experiences. These areas feature multiple sandpits, a swing set, sensory gardens, and ample space for active play and exploration.
As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Middle Ridge, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting our committed team, ensuring the provision of high-quality early learning experiences in a nurturing and engaging atmosphere. Your leadership will be essential in cultivating a positive, collaborative culture that prioritizes children's needs.
