Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Director to join our NSW Water Engineering Team. As a Technical Director, you will be responsible for leading the technical delivery and design management of civil water infrastructure projects, working on major and complex projects that cover investigations, studies, design, and construction phase technical advice.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the technical delivery and design management of civil water infrastructure projects
- Work on major and complex projects that cover investigations, studies, design, and construction phase technical advice
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team
- Develop and implement technical strategies and solutions to meet project objectives
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
- Hands-on experience in Civil Engineering and relevant experience delivering concept and detailed design of water and wastewater infrastructure (pipelines and pump stations)
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management experience
- Can-do attitude and strong team player who works well in an agile and collaborative environment
- Ability to mentor and support team members to foster ongoing capability building
