We are looking for a highly skilled Site Administrator to support our project team with day-to-day administrative and project tasks.

  • Arrange site access, travel, and accommodation for staff, contractors, and visitors.
  • Maintain and update rosters, including forecasting changes.
  • Assist on-site HSE with booking required training and keeping accurate training records.
  • Track project hours, personnel, and equipment for reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate deliveries, visitors, and on-site logistics (flights and accommodation).
  • Support digital filing, document preparation, and process improvements.
  • Ordering supplies and manage office resources.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to resolve logistical issues quickly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project demands.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance standards.

The successful candidate will possess the following essential skills and qualifications:

  • Proven previous experience working on a fast-paced project.
  • Must hold a White Card.
  • Provide a clear National Police Clearance.
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) & Outlook.
  • Available to attend a full medical at short notice.
