About this role:

Job Description

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Auditor, responsible for providing independent assurance on the effectiveness of our risk management and control frameworks. As an Auditor, you will work closely with senior management and staff across various divisions of the Group, maintaining independence while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your primary objective will be to identify and assess risks, evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of our internal controls. You will also provide recommendations for improvements, aligning with the Group's strategic objectives. Your expertise in audit procedures, risk management, and governance will be invaluable in helping us build a strong and resilient organization.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess strong analytical skills, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Your ability to build trust and maintain relationships with stakeholders is crucial, as you will work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement audit plans, working closely with senior management and staff across the Group.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, summarizing your findings and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (CA/CPA) and/or relevant audit qualifications.
  • Proven experience in internal auditing or assurance, preferably in a complex, multinational environment.
  • Solutions-focused approach with a strategic leadership mindset.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
