We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Venue Manager to join our team at Zone Bowling, one of the world's largest entertainment brands. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our Canberra locations.

About the Role:

  • Your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day operations of our venue, ensuring seamless execution of events and activities that deliver an unparalleled guest experience.
  • You will lead a high-performing team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to help them grow and succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Foster strong relationships with our corporate and social group clients, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs and exceed expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business, including financial management, marketing, and sales strategies.

What We Offer:
