We are seeking a Retail Sales Professional to join our team at our Belconnen store. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for menswear, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. You will work closely with our store manager to achieve sales goals, implement visual merchandising standards, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide an exceptional customer experience, ensuring all customers receive a positive and personalized shopping experience
  • To drive sales growth, achieving sales targets and meeting performance expectations
  • To build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and making recommendations accordingly
  • To work collaboratively with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall store performance
  • To maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and collections

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months retail experience, preferably in menswear or fashion retail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving performance goals
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
