We are seeking a skilled and experienced Coat Finisher to join our team, providing high-quality paint finishes for vehicles in a fast-paced environment.

">Key Responsibilities:">

  • Mix and apply paints to vehicle bodies according to manufacturer specifications.">
  • Build and maintain a color library to ensure consistency across all finished products.">
  • Prep, prime, and paint vehicles as per Job Sheet requirements following industry-standard processes.">
  • Buff and denib vehicles to achieve a high-gloss finish.">
  • Handle all vehicles with care and attention to prevent damage.">
  • Notify production managers of any extra paint work required or previous repairs that need attention.">
  • Clean the work bay and workshop areas to maintain a safe working environment.">
  • Coach apprentices and provide guidance on best practices.">

  • Hold a trade qualification in Spray Painting and have at least 3 years' experience in the field.">
