About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in Royal Park, South Australia. As a Technical Sales Support Officer, you will provide technical support to our Sales team and customers, selecting products and developing quotes for projects and tenders.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Reviewing project and product specifications, selecting products, and providing quotes within relevant timeframes and other project parameters to customers.
  • Preparing preliminary solutions and pricing on products as requested by internal or external customers.
  • Providing product information, including data and product brochures, upon request, and offering advice and guidance on technical queries to both internal and external customers.
  • Maintaining appropriate customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Assisting Sales staff with project-related calls to/from customers when required.

About You

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering degree/diploma holder or equivalent qualification, along with demonstrated experience and knowledge in HVAC, who can work independently and in a team environment.

You will also require previous experience reading and interpreting technical plans and tender specifications, high-level organisation skills, and attention to detail.
