Job Title: Technology Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Support Specialist to join our team at the Bendigo office. As a key member of our Ag Technology Department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to our staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Precision Farming and Application equipment.
  • Develop and deliver training material for internal and external training sessions.
  • Liaise with global staff and support centre to gather and share up-to-date information.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure sustainability, optimisation, and ongoing success for the Ag Technology Department.
  • Remote diagnostics and support of technology and application equipment via telematics.
  • Support internal departments in the remote diagnosis and repair of Precision Ag and application Technology.
  • Support the maintenance of Company RTK.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience and knowledge of Agriculture, Technology, or Precision Agriculture.
  • Computer literate with understanding of common software platforms.
  • Mechanical and diagnostic aptitude.
  • Self-motivated with a genuine drive to provide great customer service.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
