About the Position

This role involves supporting the hospitality function within our facility, including catering, cleaning, and laundry. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional support to our residents.

About You

You will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in catering or food service, or cleaning is preferred but not essential.

Duties

  • Maintain workplace health and safety, quality, and hygiene standards
  • Complete required documentation and reporting
  • Respond to residents' queries and requests
  • Laundry duties include loading washers & dryers, sort linen, hang, fold, wrap or iron linen
  • Catering / food services duties include assisting with basic food prep, provide meals and snacks, clear dining areas and dishwashing
  • Cleaning duties include general cleaning; mopping, vacuuming, and waste collection in the residents' rooms, bathrooms, communal and living areas

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cleaning or catering experience preferred but not essential
  • Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week
  • An understanding of work health, safety, and hygiene practices and the ability to work unsupervised
