The ideal candidate will be an engaging individual who has a demonstrated history of driving customer traffic, optimising sustainable retail sales and building positive and supportive relationships with retailers.
This role offers a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the shopping center's objectives to drive foot traffic, increase tenant sales, and enhance the overall brand image.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, preferences, and competitor activities, using insights to inform marketing strategies and improve the shopping center's offerings.
- Create marketing collateral, promotional materials, signage, and digital content that aligns with the shopping center's branding and messaging.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, closely monitoring expenditure to ensure optimal cost-effectiveness.
