">The role of an Employment Consultant is a challenging yet rewarding career path that involves supporting customers with disabilities find and maintain sustainable employment opportunities. Your focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with customers, assisting them address their barriers to employment, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful outcomes.
">This position requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to identify and address complex barriers to employment and health management. You will work across multiple sites, Clayton and Boxhill, and have access to free parking, public transport, shops, and great food.
">As an Employment Consultant, you will support a diverse cohort of customers, majority living with a Mental or Physical Disability ranging in complexity. Previous experience or qualifications within Community Services, Disability, or Mental Health would be highly desirable and help you succeed in this role.
">Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and administrative skills, and is a true team player. They are passionate about achieving the best outcome for our customers and can 'think outside the box' when it comes to advocating and supporting our customers.
