As an Employment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with disability, injury or barriers to employment to achieve their goals.
Our team works collaboratively with stakeholders, including employers and participants, to deliver tailored employment solutions that cater to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants
- Support participants to identify skills required to become job ready
- Deliver quality service while adhering to contractual requirements and compliance standards
- Enhance employability through training and support service referrals
- Develop personalised job plans for clear employment pathways
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups
You will be driven, solution-focused and empathetic towards those with disability, injury or barriers to employment. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt to day-to-day challenges.
