This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing team, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Retail Leader, you will be accountable for the day-to-day running of the deli department, maintaining exceptional standards in presentation, customer service, and teamwork.

You will coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control requirements, and rostering needs. You will also monitor stock levels, rotation routines, waste, and quality control to maintain excellent department standards.

In this role, you will lead by example, demonstrating a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes the health, safety, and wellbeing of team members.

You will delight our customers with an outstanding shopping experience, providing personalized support and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Accountable for the day-to-day running of the deli department, maintaining exceptional standards in presentation, customer service, and teamwork.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering open communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, rotation routines, waste, and quality control to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with experience in retail or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
